Terms & Conditions
Unless agreed in advance of your arrival, all room bills are charged at check-in. We accept the following payment methods:
Cash in Shekels, US Dollars, Euro, GB Pounds, and Credit Cards such as Visa, Mastercard, Diners Club and American Express. We regret that we are unable to accept cheques and travellers cheques.
The prices you see on our website do not include VAT. Foreign citizens, during their stay in Israel, are subject to zero VAT.
We respectfully remind our Israeli costumers that this tax is not automatically calculated in the total cost of your reservation and we will add VAT to your payment when charging your bill.
CHARGING GOODS AND SERVICES TO YOUR ROOM BILL
Should you wish to charge food, drink and other incidentals to your room bill during your stay, we require a credit or debit card at check-in. Your chosen card will be charged by Reception, with your authority given below. We regret that without your prior authorisation we are unable to allow food and drink to be charged to your room bill, payment will be required at the point of purchase.
Our check out time is 11 am. Occasionally it is possible to vary this by prior arrangement, please ask Reception for further details. For your convenience, the night team are able to check out guests throughout the night and early morning.
FREE CAR PARKING
The hotel car park is a well lit, secure car park at the rear of the hotel, with 6 spaces available. It is accessed from HaSharon street.
Users of the hotel car park do so entirely at their own risk. Sea Plaza - Blue Sky Hotel will not accept liability for any accidents, damage or loss incurred to any vehicles parked within the hotel car park. In parking a vehicle in this car park, you confirm your agreement to the terms and conditions relating to the use of the hotel car park, a full copy of which is available at the Hotel Reception.
SHORTEN STAY, CANCELLATIONS AND NO SHOW POLICY
If cancelled at any time, modified, or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged (Non-refundable booking). By placing your booking directly with us, we guarantee that you will pay the lowest possible price for your stay, but it’s a «no money back» option.
DAMAGE TO HOTEL PROPERTY
The guest shall be responsible for the replacement / reinstatement of any items damaged through misuse or other act of abuse. This shall apply whether the damage was deliberate or accidental. We respectfully advise all guests that should any damage to hotel property occur during your stay, the hotel reserves the right to make a charge to cover any such loss, normally within 24 hours of you vacating the room. Payment will be taken from the card details provided at check-in and you will be notified accordingly.
If you need to add an extra bed to your reservation:
- USE EXISTING BED for Child: additional child under 16 years is charged 103.76 ILS per night for using an existing bed
- ADD EXTRA BED for Adult: additional adult or child over 16 years is charged 138.35 ILS per night for using an extra bed
- ADD EXTRA BED for Child: additional child under 12 years is charged 86.47 ILS per night for using an extra bed
- ADD BABY CRIB: baby under 2 years is charged 51.88 ILS per night for using a crib
We’re allowed to add no more than one extra bed per room. Extra beds or cribs are upon request, please confirm it first with the front desk manager. Additional fees are not calculated automatically in the total cost and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.
